Eli is living out his life-long love of residential real estate. Ever since he was eight years old, Eli has been interested in real estate. He was born a salesman and began his career early by helping his father do open houses at that age.
He became Real Estate Sales Agent in 2015 and quickly studied to become Total Capital Inc’s Managing Broker.
He has comprehensive knowledge of the art of buying and selling, negotiating for the best deal, and sensitivity to customer satisfaction. He has been serving the San Fernando Valley area real estate since 2015. Along with a love of real estate history, architecture and negotiation, Eli's lifetime experience, deep family ties to the business, optimistic energy and positive outlook give him an exciting, competitive edge.
As a member of Total Capital Inc. team Steve participates in the office leasing and property management lines of the business. He started his real estate career in 2012 where he was responsible for all the day to day accounting and monthly reporting for a portfolio of office buildings and multi-family buildings. Steve oversees leasing activities and leasing compliance for Total Capital, Inc. assuring that leases and lease files are complete, working with and training property management and staff. Since getting his sales agents license, he has quickly become a rising star in the area.
With his significant knowledge of property management and leasing, he is an invaluable resource for our operational managers.
Outside of real estate, Steve’s time is spent with his wife and 2 beautiful daughters, in volunteer activities or on the basketball court.
Joined our team in July of 2015 as a staffing intern directly out of High School and continues to assist our team. He quickly became the agent’s leasing assistant and is in charge of coordinating showings to prospective tenants, facilitating move-in/move-out inspections, and much more. The thing he loves most about his job is the people he gets to work with on a daily basis. He is very focused, hard-working and patient.
Ignacio also oversees daily operations in the office while directing a team that schedules repairs in the properties we manage. He knows the talents of our in-house maintenance technicians and directs them accordingly in their field work.
Providing the highest quality of customer service is his number one priority.
He currently is studying to obtain his Real Estate Agent’s License.
